I needed a good onion rings recipe last weekend. I found a bunch of excellent ones. Beer-battered onion rings won the day, but there are many new variations I’d never thought of.
Keto onion rings, air fryer onion rings, bacon-wrapped, beer-battered, spicy, quinoa-crusted and chicharon onion rings. Onion strings, onion straws, onion dippers, even a jalapeno popper stuffed version.
And be sure to check out the last recipe. Ladies and gentlemen… Bacon-wrapped Pineapple Mozzarella Onion Rings a.k.a. Bacon Donuts.
